February is Dental Health  Month


Remember to take care of your mouth and teeth everyday by:

  • Brushing your teeth twice a day for at least 2 minutes each time

  • Floss your teeth every night

  • Eat 5 servings of healthy fresh fruits and vegetables

  • Drink 0 sugary drinks

  • Visit your dentist twice a year


If your child is in the 1st or 2nd grade, he/she may participate in our weekly Fluoride Rinse Program. If you would like more information or want to enroll or withdraw your child from the program, email me and I will send home a form.


Help your child and others stay healthy during the Flu season

by encouraging your child to:


  • Cover a cough and sneeze in the elbow

  • Wash your hands often

  • Exercise every day

  • Eat healthy food

  • Drink plenty of water

  • Get 10+ hours of sleep at night

  • Stay at home if you are sick with the Flu

  • Get the Flu vaccine every year


You can help stop the spread of the Flu by disinfecting “hot spots” with household cleaners. The top “hot spots” are: phone receivers, door knobs, faucets, light switches and tv remotes.
